Adobe Flash Player installed with Google Chrome will be automatically updated to the latest Google Chrome version, which will include Adobe Flash Player 31.0.0.153 for Windows, macOS, Linux and Chrome OS.
Adobe Flash Player installed with Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 10 and 8.1 will be automatically updated to the latest version, which will include Adobe Flash Player 31.0.0.153.

Windows 10 KB4477029 or Adobe Flash Player 31.0.0.153 is mostly about fixing security bugs. According to the support document, a critical security vulnerability has been fixed in this version of Adobe Flash Player and the users are recommended to update their devices as soon as possible.
Needing some help. I'm using Google Chrome and Adobe Flash keeps saying it's blocked and asks to "run one time". I've updated Flash to it's latest version, updated Chrome, changed my settings on the "critical security download" page it sent me to. I don't know what else to do. I've even reset my Chrome settings. Nothing works. Can I have a direct download link to this fix? Thank you. I even downloaded the Beta just now and it's still blocking me.
I had this problem, tried the workaround m vargas posted without success, but suddenly chrome stopped complaining a few days later. I am still using v 20 of flash. XP did an auto update in between, which is the only thing I know of that changed.
After pasting the updated file in that folder, the version number must be updated, otherwise the chrome:\\plugins flag will not correctly detect the correct version of the plugin that is inside the folder.
None of these updates allow for remote code execution, but all of them could lead to information disclosure. It is strongly advised that all users update to the latest versions to be protected from these vulnerabilities.
